Based in Rheinfelden, I capture the beauty and intimacy of pregnancy with a calm, personal approach. I'm Markus Raub — a photographer who values patience, empathy and technical craft when photographing expectant mothers and couples. A maternity session with me focuses on comfort and authenticity: the belly is the star, and my goal is to create timeless images you will cherish. Before the shoot we discuss ideas, clothing and props. You can choose a studio session, a cozy at-home shoot or an outdoor location — late afternoon light often creates warm, natural images. I prefer natural-looking retouching and use fast lenses and controlled lighting to keep the atmosphere relaxed and the results elegant. Timing is flexible, though many clients prefer the eighth or ninth month when the bump has a beautiful shape. As a father and experienced photographer I work patiently, allowing breaks and adapting to your needs.
