Newborn, family and portrait photography are my focus — I occasionally offer gentle maternity sessions. Calm, personal and creative, in studio or on location.
My work as a photographer is centred on Newborn, family and portrait photography. These core areas shape how I work: with patience, empathy and a desire to capture authentic moments. I aim to create images that accompany families for years — from delicate newborn portraits through playful children’s photos to expressive portraits. As a complementary service to these main focuses, I occasionally and with great pleasure photograph pregnancy and maternity sessions. I apply the same signature approach: sensitive, natural and with an eye for the special glow of pregnancy. I take the necessary time, use soft lighting and artistic composition so your changing body is depicted confidently and lovingly. My maternity sessions are personal and tailored: before the shoot we discuss your wishes, choose outfits and props together (in the studio there are bodysuits, silk wraps, hair wreaths and maternity dresses available) and decide whether to shoot in the bright studio or outdoors. Many clients value that I can accompany them over several months — for example a 9‑month project with a final collage that beautifully documents the development. Why choose me? Because I love working with people and I give you time. In my spacious, friendly studio photos are taken without rush or pressure. I use modern equipment and careful editing, but I don’t change who you are — I bring out your natural presence. My experience with sensitive newborn and family work transfers positively to maternity shoots: safety, warmth and a relaxed atmosphere are a matter of course. If you’re interested in a maternity session, I offer a trusting ambience, professional support and creative realisation of your ideas. Please get in touch early — I’m happy to accompany you with multiple sessions during pregnancy and to design personalized collages or wall art afterwards. I look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Kathrin Boden
