Although my main focus is on wedding reportage and portrait photography, I (Felix Schlikis) also accept maternity sessions as an additional offering. Working as a photographer since 2013, I bring the same sensitivity for authentic moments and composition to pregnancy shoots as I do to weddings and portraits. Why choose me? Because I prioritise natural, unforced images and a calm working atmosphere. A maternity session should capture anticipation, connection and the quiet beauty of this stage—rather than staged poses. My style combines unobtrusive, documentary observation with considered visual guidance so your pregnancy photos feel both honest and timeless. How I work: We start with a short consultation so I understand your ideas and the mood you want to capture. Depending on your preference we can shoot outdoors with natural light or set up simple studio-style images in a rented event space. During the session I create a relaxed environment through gentle direction, conversation and breaks—this helps real moments and expressions emerge. Technically I use full‑frame cameras and lens choices that flatter skin tones and emphasize natural contours. What to expect: A carefully edited selection of images that reflect your personality and the special moment you’re living. My experience photographing weddings and portraits gives me a strong eye for emotion, timing and composition—qualities that translate well to intimate maternity photography.
