Photohouse Schworm is primarily a studio for expressive portrait and business photography, led by Daniela Schworm — a master photographer with more than 25 years of experience. Our work is built on trust, empathy and a trained eye for what matters; that approach guides every session we undertake. As a complementary offering to our portrait and newborn work, we also photograph baby bump / maternity shoots on occasion. These sessions sit naturally alongside our family photography: they are respectful, aesthetic and centered on the personal experience of pregnancy. We bring the same calm professionalism to maternity shoots that we apply in corporate sessions, with an added emphasis on intimacy, body-awareness and atmosphere. Our visual style is bright, contrast-rich and modern; when appropriate we create powerful black & white images. Each maternity shoot is tailored so mothers and couples feel comfortable and cared for: we offer preparatory conversations, practical styling advice, and the choice of studio sessions at the historic Alinenhof or relaxed outdoor locations. A homestory at your home is available for a more personal feel. How we work: before your appointment we discuss your ideas and the mood you want to capture. In the studio we foster a relaxed environment — time to arrive, soft music and gentle guidance through poses and light. You’ll see previews during the shoot and later select favorites in a password-protected online gallery; chosen images receive careful professional retouching. Please note: our core expertise remains portrait and business photography. Maternity shoots are an occasional, complementary service offered with the same care and artistic standard you expect from Photohouse Schworm.
