My main focus as a photographer is on weddings and family sessions in and around Ahaus, where I strive to capture real moments and the emotions that make them special. Photographs are a gateway back to memories — and I approach every assignment with the goal of creating images that feel timeless, honest and full of feeling. As a complement to my wedding and family work, I occasionally offer maternity (babybauch) sessions. These are approached with the same calm, personal and unobtrusive style that clients appreciate in my core services. Comfort is key: gentle posing, natural light and a relaxed atmosphere allow authentic and tender images of your pregnancy to unfold. A maternity session can include intimate portraits, couple shots with the expectant partner, or family pictures with older children — whatever tells your story best. I often work outdoors because natural locations and soft daylight suit my documentary-natural aesthetic, but home sessions are possible for a more intimate feel. My process is friendly and straightforward: we start with a short consultation to discuss wishes, timing and locations. On the day of the shoot I create a relaxed environment, give gentle guidance for poses and prioritize capturing real moments rather than staged poses.
