With more than 40 years of photographic passion, my main focus is on wedding photography, portraits and family sessions. These core areas shape how I work: taking time, using considered light, and portraying people with honesty and dignity. My aim is to create images that move, preserve memories and reveal personal character. Maternity photography is offered as an additional service rather than my primary specialty. For expecting mothers and couples who book a baby bump session (Schwangerschaftsfotos / maternity photography), I prioritize a calm, trusting atmosphere. Whether in my studio in Lauenförde, on location outdoors, or at your home, I work to document this special time in an authentic, sensitive and timeless way. As a baby bump photographer I focus on soft lighting and natural posing so the silhouette and the bond between partners or the mother-to-be come through clearly. My process is collaborative and straightforward: before the shoot we discuss your wishes—classic elegance, soft-romantic or clean modern styles. During the session I guide you gently so even camera-shy clients feel comfortable. If desired, I can include partners, siblings or newborns to expand the story (complementing my newborn and baby photography offerings). I believe great images arise from trust, patience and technical skill. Even though maternity is not my main business, every session receives careful attention: I edit with a natural look that preserves the emotions and beauty of this life phase.
